TEAM
Phil
A true people person Phil has many trade related skills as a general building contractor including being an award winning bricklayer. After completing his apprenticeship at the tender age of 18 he became the manager of a company offering high quality property maintenance in Kent before striking out on his own in 1991.
When not managing Simply Property Co he can be found in the outdoors developing his love of bushcraft, survival skills, primitive technology and his deep connection with nature.
Anna
A power house of energy and ideas Anna is fantastic at garden design and landscaping. She is a first class organiser and manager and has a huge wealth of knowledge with soft and hard landscaping and she absolutely loves plants. Gardens come to life and colours bloom when Anna gets involved.
She has a passion for travel and adventure having explored many countries and cultures and is multilingual too. Anna enjoys growing the most amazing organic vegetables in her beautiful country garden.
Ray
With over 35 years as a professional arborist Ray initially started out as an Ashford area tree surgeon and has built a fabulous reputation and loyal client base. He has a pragmatic and professional approach which make him a highly skilled tree surgeon. A pleasure to work with he is often to be heard singing in the tree tops!
When he is not working Ray is sociable and great fun, he loves country walks, dining out and live music of all genres.
